equal opportunities

innovation for all

We believe that digital innovation should be accessible to everyone. Not just the handful that can write code — or the even fewer that can pay those who can write code.

reducing inequalities

impact over profit

We believe in using tech for good. In solving problems through software, much more than we believe in making profit with software.

We believe that happy people make better things. They are also more productive. as long as you’ve got internet, you can make your dreams work. And work, too.

more yin

We live in a very yang-based society, where ‘harder’, ‘more’, ‘faster’, ‘maximum profit’ and ‘limitless productivity’ are seen as positive.

we believe that every body can use a bit more yin in their lives. We make room for vulnerability and down-time. We also make space for the female energy-cycle as much as the male.

the right priorities

rest = productive

We often think succes is the result of the amount of time we put in. It’s not: it’s the quality of time we put in.

For this reason, we stand firmly behind the 32 hour work week. We live and breathe that taking time to rest is productive, and that Nothing is more important than mental health.

limit your footprint

third party tools

digital footprint

We are aware that digital products leave a footprint. Right now, we mostly try to minimise that by integrating third party tools when we can — rather than building everything custom.

This is an area that we want and need to grow in. We welcome any advice, feedback, or means to measure the digital footprint better.
